Selling things! Please buy! =)

Yesterday was a BIG day!

Our landlord left us a message saying we owe $2,409 in three days, or else they will evict us.

They said that NONE of us paid rent last month (bull @%$!ing sh!t), they're trying to charge us an extra $250 a month because they saw an extra pet that wasn't recorded (WHICH MAGICALLY WENT MISSING FROM OUT APARTMENT THAT DAY), charging us a whole bunch of late fees from that rent that "wasn't paid" and that they want us to pay that $1,800 flood bill immediately.

If you don't know what this flood business is about, my roommate's washing machine flood they entire apartment because she didn't bother to tell us it was broken. The property manager quoted the cost to clean our carpets (which we had already spent about $100 doing ourselves) at $500-600, so we agreed to pay that much because other places were charging $3,000 and up. The carpet cleaner came, the maintenance man from our complex cleaned out the water from the carpet (free business), then the carpet cleaner came and put maybe seven industrial fans everywhere and left them here... for over three days. He came back, sprayed some anti-microbacterial crap on the floor and left. And oh yeah, that cost us a whopping $1,800 dollars... That's not charged to our name, but the management's. Our landlord told us we could make payments on this flood bill, and now he's saying he wants this money in three days.

We refuse to pay this bill, and everyone else is telling us to do the same. We are just going to move out and get a lawyer. I somehow think this is a way for my complex to kick us out, even though they cannot legally kick us out in three days, or raise our rent.

We have decided to just move out. One of my roommates has already gone, and the other roommate and I are trying to get money to move. We want to leave this month, as soon as possible and I think we can do it. We're trying to aim for $600-$800 dollars to move (split), with a little help from some outside sources.

I refuse to do anymore commissions until I finish my older ones (Unless you REALLY want one and don't mind waiting, or can wait for my 3-slot only traditional commissions). This is what I've said many times before. I want to worry about those commissions before trying to do anything new. I've been working on them a lot faster than ever before, so hopefully they'll get cleared up before the year is over.

So now, I'm focused on selling my stuff. These are things that I don't really use anymore, or I don't mind selling because I can buy them again when I'm financially stable.

I have pictures of all of these (if I don't, I can get one). I will be putting a lot of them on ebay, but ebay fees are high during this season so I'd rather sell them through this journal.
